Get to Know The Founder
Caitlyn Hudson is an award winning entrepreneur and the founder of Rebuild. Reach. Reform. (RRR), a survivor-led national campaign to end domestic and family violence in Australia. Caitlyn brings both lived experience and professional expertise to her leadership. She holds qualifications in Community Services, Mental Health, and Counselling, and is currently completing a Bachelor of Psychological Science, equipping her with the knowledge and skills to design and deliver services that meet both the immediate and long-term needs of survivors.

Her unique perspective combines academic insight with on-the-ground experience, enabling her to lead a campaign that is both survivor-centered and system-focused.
Caitlyn’s vision for RRR is to transform Australia’s response to domestic and family violence through advocacy, legislative reform, and the creation of hubs, Safe Haven vans, and digital pathways that provide safety and support for every woman and child.

With a foundation in compassion, resilience, and evidence-based practice, Caitlyn is building an organization and she is leading a movement that demands dignity, safety, and change for generations to come.
